Kate Davis is a songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist in Portland, OR. Her work has taken many forms over the past 18 years, and she currently serves in a hospital providing palliative and end of life care as a music-thanatologist. Her forthcoming album, ROCK BEING OR GET ROCKED BY BEING, and current new work, Then we can be together as a family, is the result of a hiatus (kind of) and two years spent accompanying people in their humanity, and in absurdity, on the edge of a deep truth that can never be explained. Kate also likes to make art and is grateful for her best girlfriends.
